Uptown MedSpa Retail Product Return Policy

At Uptown MedSpa Oakville, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please review our return policy below to understand the terms and conditions for returning products purchased either online or in-store.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Time Frame for Returns: You may return any eligible product within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition of Products: Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed condition, with all packaging intact, to qualify for a refund or exchange. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Final Sale Items: Certain products, including gift cards, promotional items, or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Opened or Used Products: Products that have been opened, used, or unsealed are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Return Process:

  1. Original Receipt: A valid original purchase receipt is required for all returns. We are unable to process returns without proof of purchase.
  2. Approval for Returns: All returns are subject to approval by the Uptown MedSpa management team. Management reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with our policy.
  3. Return Location: Products must be returned to the same Uptown MedSpa location where they were originally purchased.
  4. Shipping Fees for Online Orders: If returning an item purchased online, you are responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return. These shipping fees are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee:

  • Restocking Charge: All returned products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Refund Policy:

  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
  • Refund for Shipping Fees: Please note that any shipping fees incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to initiate an exchange or return. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund, as applicable.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. In-Store Returns: Please bring the product, along with your original receipt, to the location where the product was purchased. A manager will review your return request.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges for returned products. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund (subject to the terms above) and place a new order for the desired product.
